Working with Bridal Novias was amazing, and the service was SO quick, attentive, and very very courteous. Jarib helped me pick out my wedding dress, and he was AMAZING! He definitely paid attention to what my taste was, and even helped me stretch past my comfort zones to explore other dresses that I wouldn’t have even considered before. The dress I picked wasn’t even one I had wanted to try on, but he knew it would suit me well and had me try it anyways and I’m SO thankful he had me try it. I was very comfortable around him, and he was always considerate and made sure to give me privacy whenever it was needed. All of the other staff were so sweet and open while I was trying on dresses, and everyone even congratulated and clapped once I said which dress was the one. They made me feel seen and beautiful, and always considered what I was looking for. Even the store was SO nice, it was very clean and organized. The changing rooms were nice, clean, super comfortable and most of all private. All of the other people I had with me were immediately seated and made comfortable while I looked around with Jarib, and the resting area for them was elegantly comfortable! I am so thankful for the team and how smoothly they helped everything go for me! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding dress, or any other dress!

Angel was the best stylist I could’ve asked for! I went in for my appointment by myself hoping to find my dream dress. Even though I was alone, she made the experience enjoyable and memorable. Not only was she extremely attentive, she was extremely supportive and caring! She helped me find my dream dress the same day. Thank you Angel!

I came here , not expecting to find my perfect wedding dress! My friend and I walked in and were greeted by Jarib who helped us through the whole nerve wracking process. The years of experience he has truly shows. He read my mind before I even had to tell him. He was very pleasant and professional! I felt I had another friend with me helping with the difficult decision of choosing my wedding dress. They had a large selection of wedding dresses, all beautiful in their own way. Prices are super fair!! This is really a gem of a store. I was also able to get an appointment super fast so it was convenient for my busy schedule of wedding planning!

I was in town looking for a dress for my wedding in the fall and was surprised by the amazing service of the Bridal Novias team and Erika! I had tried on dresses a day before at another bridal salon where I had left confused, unsure if the last dress I tried on was the best for me. I requested an appointment at 4 pm one day for 11 am the next day and received a text at 10 am just as they opened. It was as if was meant to be. Going in, Erika was very sweet and asked the right questions off the bat: “what styles are you looking for”, “which ones have you tried on”, “what is your price point”. Together we walked aisle by aisle looking at each dress picking out a select few to try on. She was very patient throughout the try-on process and knew exactly what to say. She respected my opinion as I broke down what details of each dress I liked and didn’t, while saying her own opinion of what looked flattering on me and what didn’t. We definitely synced ideas and I am thankful to say that I have found a beautiful dress. It has been a few days since I said yes to my dress and as the indecisive person I am, I keep looking back at pictures of all the dresses I tried on, and I feel very confident and happy of my decision. Jarib was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the entire bride entourage felt warmly welcome. He was very attentive to my daughter’s wishes for her wedding gown idea. He showed her how knowledgeable he is in the bridal gown selection process, he added valuable ideas until she felt confident with her selection and said “this is the dress.” He and the entire staff were very courteous and professional.
